Our kitchen labs need new gadgets! Most of the tools are years old, out-dated, and/or broken. Some kitchens are missing items, such as measuring cups, rolling pins, and spatulas. Students need these items to complete lab assignments. We were able to remodel our 1960 style kitchen, but need tools to stock the new cabinets. Gadgets will help us learn to cook, a life time skill. About half of our students come from low income families, learning to cook home cooked meals can help them save on the family budget and promote family time around the dinner table. Dinner time is family time!
