AVID utilizes a cutting edge, research-based curriculum that was started back in the 1980's by Mary Catherine Swanson in the state of California. Our students will not be college and career ready without the binders and the system of organization that is part of all AVID Middle School courses. I have been involved with AVID in my school district since 2006. I have seen it change the lives of many students.
