My students are hard-working, highly motivated 9 and 10 year olds that love learning. They come to school everyday in the hopes of obtaining knowledge that will help them to be successful in the future. While we do live in a big city, we are a very small school with only one class per grade. Due to our size, we do not receive as much funding as some of the larger schools in our district. To help keep our students motivated, our curriculum is full of hands-on activities to challenge our students' inquisitive minds. I feel that the students at our school deserve whatever learning enhancement tools are available to help them to become well-rounded, inspired individuals.
