My students will have books that they can hold and share with one another. These books are also a representation of who they are because they are in the language that is mainly their first language. By having representation of their own identity in the books my students will build confidence in their own person. My students will feel as they have more choices and will enjoy reading time. I will also use them to build my online library so the children can listen to stories and read along, while they are home during this time we are distance learning.
