With flexible seating my students will be able to focus more on the lesson and less on their physical discomfort. The yoga balls help absorb the excess energy in a positive way. I have seen this work in other classrooms and how it benefits certain students. The balls with replace traditional chairs around my kidney table and the other seats will be a choice for students working independently. Having a quality easel will make it possible to bring the lesson closer to the students in a more visual manner. It will also keep teacher tools close at hand, as needed.
