The items in this project will help to provide additional opportunities for our students to learn how to prepare a meal or snack on their own. Our classroom is about helping to make our students as independent as possible. This project will get us closer to that goal. Adding these items to our classroom will help our cooking unit come to life. Each week my students will have the ability to prepare a different recipe. They will take home a copy of the recipe with all directions in their mode of communication so they can make it again at home if they choose.

About my class
