The use of giant sticky notes in our classroom will allow students to show their thinking as they collaborate in groups. We typically use chart paper, but I like to switch it up for my kiddos! I typically pose a question on each sticky note around the room and students travel around and answer each question. This helps students to get up and moving while getting to learn at the same time. Students in my class use whiteboards to show their thinking, so they always need markers! My kids love to use Expo markers and whiteboards because it is more exciting than paper and pencil. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, but you will also ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. Students are very engaged when they are up and moving and using whiteboards. I also have students use whiteboards and markers during my small group instruction. I sometimes allow students to use their markers and write on the table. So, we surely would get our use out of the Expo markers! I plan to use them after this unpredictable pandemic sweeping the nation, my students deserve to come back in August to a fresh start. I want them to have everything they need without worrying about where it will come from.
