My English language learners need visual cues to support their learning. The use of this wireless color printer will be a motivator for students and will allow them to become more engaged in learning. Having a printer in my classroom will improve the level of instruction and help me be able to meet the needs of my children for many years to come. Students will use labeled items in the classroom to help learn and acquire new vocabulary. Students will also be able to use printed pictures to make connections with new words and what they look like. Students will also use images from the printer to complete classroom research projects such as an animal project, weather project, and making reading bookmarks. The color printer will be an asset to our students because of their lack of resources at home. By donating to this project, you will help improve and increase student engagement, focus, and academic achievement. Since most students are unable to print colorful resources at home, I will be able to provide them with colorful images using this color printer. It makes teaching content look that much richer, and it’s more memorable for the students.
