Right now I am teaching in an inner city school with virtually no resources. I have spent time creating power point slideshows to showcase cooking methods and techniques and also like to incorporate videos so they can get a visual for what they are about to create. Unfortunately, right now I don't have any means of showing the students this vital information. I have 25 students crowd around an outdated computer, taking turns in order to complete their daily notes. I would love to be able to show my slides or even a cooking show to excite them for the days lesson!
