My students love to do their learning around the classroom. Right now, their only options for this are to use a clipboard and sit on the hard floor. I want my students to feel more comfortable when they choose to take their learning somewhere other than their desks. Giving them the freedom to choose their own learning space allows them to take control of their own learning environment! I have two students with special needs in my class who will greatly benefit from the option of flexible seating. I also have busy bodies who would love the chance to learn how to wiggle and focus at the same time!
