When my students came to me with a ready-made list of books they want to read, I paid attention! This curated list of books represent the answer to my question: Can you find a book that represents who you are as a person? I didn't require them to read actual titles, just to do some research and incorporate anything they'd heard from friends who may have read the books. These are the titles that came back. My students asked if we could do a book club with these titles and I said resoundingly, "I will find a way to make this happen!"
