Carpeting can offer the option of flexible seating and meeting areas for things like reading and math, such as interactive learning and story time. It would offer scholars a designated place to sit and help with behavior management. Carpets improve indoor air quality, trapping allergens and dust. So, not only is it comfortable it has health benefits. Carpeting in the classroom can help to keep heat in the classroom during the colder months of the year. As for acoustics, it can help to reduce sounds and ground-level vibrations. This allows scholars to focus more on learning and less on what’s happening at the next table or in the hallway.
