These materials will help our setters get the strength that they need to consistently put up a good ball for the hitters. The Tachikara Weighted Setter ball will train their muscles and their memory so that setting with regulation volleyballs is a breeze. Our setters will use this ball everyday to practice and gain skills that they will need in order for us to have a successful program. I want to give my players the best tools possible to create a successful program. The Spalding King of Beach volleyballs will make a difference in the level of play for every athlete in the program. We are fortunate enough to live by the beach. I want to introduce beach volleyball to my players this summer and train at least two mornings a week using beach volleyball.
