The goal of this project is to set up an efficient and mobile in school tele-therapy station to support all therapy students at my elementary school requiring remote therapy services. Therapists have access to most of these materials at home using their own personal technology and the same technology won't be available when we return to school. These materials will make a difference in students learning and progress in therapy. With this project funded the students will be able to view the material clearly as therapy body positions are demonstrated and documents are presented. The iPad is to be used as a document camera to share materials and help with a clear view. At times therapists need to show students proper body form along with sharing desktop material. In therapy, the therapist will be able to more accurately correct the students body and position along with watching their material/tool use with various views. Treating groups of students virtually has its challenges but if all students can remain in clear view to the therapist with a mobile iPad for up close viewing this is very beneficial. Many times the therapist is demonstrating and instructing from a distance away. The use of the AirPods is crucial for confidentiality and to be able to move away from the device to complete strength based activities such as holding a plank or demonstrating a sit up while still being able to communicate with the student.
