Our students use programs on chrome books and iPads on a daily basis. For best success students need to be able to hear their own program and the tasks within without disrupting other students' learning. Providing students with headphones will enable them to focus more and achieve optimal success. Our classrooms are small and with multiple programs going at once it is hard for students to hear and focus. Each child having their own set of headphones will make it easier for all students to work on their programs and reach their goals. Students will learn responsibility and accountability as they have to take care of their own set of headphones. As a first grade team, we are grateful to Mr. Dell Loy Hansen, owner of Real Salt Lake for his donation which makes this opportunity possible.
