Our students strive to work towards earning incentives, and furthermore, increases their self-esteem and confidence. With academic achievement and positive behaviors in mind, this project will increase resiliency and confidence within my students. I plan to bring motivation and excitement into our learning environment by providing our students with something fun to look forward to when they achieve academically. These incentives, Gatorades, Slim Jims, and crackers are healthier juices to revitalize our students' energies to further increase their motivations to learn and demonstrate appropriate behaviors. With the items I am requesting, I will be able to motivate students to put forth effort and be resilient when the work gets difficult. My vision is to see my students' academic achievement and positive behaviors noticeably increase by implementing this classroom positive behavior incentive program.
