My project focuses on providing more reading opportunities for students so that they can expand their knowledge and perspective on the history of their culture and other people's culture. These books will be used as primary and secondary source materials for students to read in and outside of class. Many students prefer reading books over using technology and the internet for their information. I want to expand my classroom library so that students feel comfortable reading new books that they may not already have access to. I also have school supplies that will be beneficial towards my students' assignments and project.
