My students love to work together and with their shorter legs and smaller bodies, sitting in chairs at their desks all day can get tiring and uncomfortable. Right now my students often gather together on the floor to do their work together but without something hard to write on, their work suffers and becomes more difficult. With the help of these brightly colored 'floor desks,​' my students can work comfortably on the floor together and still turn in quality work. I believe they will make learning more fun and exciting and therefore, make the classroom a safer and happier environment especially for my students who have some personal challenges.

About my class
