I chose these items, such as the Penny For Your Thoughts: Conversation Cards, as they will assist my students in making friends, recognizing their feelings, and acting on them appropriately. All of these materials will be used within the classroom to assist the students outside of the classroom. By providing my students with enriched and healthy childhoods, they can be the motivated, successful adults that our world needs. They will gain the skills necessary for beneficial relationships and deepening their education. It will also benefit them to know that the world cares and supports them, as well as the adults in the classroom and school. Their future is our future.
