The place value coins , place value books, and other math manipulatives will make a difference in my student's learning because it will give them more hands on approach of what math means and experience what math can do for them in their everyday life. The manipulatives will also serve as a tool to help me teach and put strong emphasis on how math is important. My students will get to learn that math is in everything we see, and use in our everyday lives. Most importantly, it will give my students the confidence they need to be successful in their lives and help them build a solid foundation in math.
