Over the past few years, through a combination of grants and generous donations, we've been able to build up a classroom set of 30 guitars for the music program. I primarily use them with with 2nd grade and above but every one of our students will hold a guitar in their hands by the end of the school year. What we need is a safe and steady way to store these guitars. When we first got our first major donation of guitars I built stands for them out of PVC pipe. A few of them came out really great and are still standing. Unfortunately, a few are kind of falling apart from years of use by elementary school students. These brand new, professionally made stands will make the guitars more accessible for the students and keep them in quality condition for years to come. They help ensure the long-term success for guitar at our school.
