These materials will make a difference in my classroom be helping my students keep our classroom clean and germ free. The hand sanitizer will help the kids not to pass germs around and get others sick. When students are sick, they may fall behind in their work. The Clorox wipes also help keep the classroom clean and the tables and chairs free of germs. Having tissues in the classroom will be beneficial for students who do have a cold and are able to blow their nose and sneeze so that they are not spreading germs. Very often first graders don't always wash their hands like they are supposed to or even sneeze and cough in their arms, passing germs between each other as they go about their day. Students then miss school due to illness and begin to fall behind. By having these cleaning supplies, we can help keep a clean classroom and keep everyone healthy and in class to learn.
