The materials that I am requesting will be used in a STEM project to create wearable electronics. My scholars will be creating buttons, gloves, and other items to help them understand circuits and learn coding, which is language used to tell our electronics what to do. Scholars will finish this project by researching social issues and using what they learned to develop a unique and innovative solution to answer a need. This project will be a part of a multiyear curriculum to help our scholars progress to more advanced work at the high school level. With this project I hope to help my scholars derive a sense of hope and relevance in our ever-changing world.

About my class
