My kiddos love different types of seating. I've got rocker stools, hard back swivel chairs, stools, etc. BUT...what they love best are the old office chairs I've accumulated from garage sales and my old teacher chair. The first ones through the door are always trying to move the office chairs to their spot. Today at my inservice I was able to learn about Donor's Choice and I'm hoping to be able to use this wonderful resource to provide new seats for my classroom. These chairs from Staples would be a fantastic surprise to my students. Getting a few more would help me provide some fun (more comfortable) seating to my students. Plus...being able to swivel makes it easier for them to turn to look from Smartboard, to the various maps around the room and then back to me.
