These iPads would help meet a variety of needs inside my classroom. By integrating technology inside the classroom, my students would be able to grow independently through student-centered activities. I feel as though the iPads would help increase engagement throughout many different content areas. Students would be able to use the iPads during Daily Five centers, play engaging and rigorous math games, and research a variety of topics of interest more in depth. In addition to the academic benefits, the technology would also allow my students go keep digital portfolios and track personal goals (a big focus on our campus). These can be shared with parents and would allow students to take ownership in their learning, leadership, and growth.
