I will be able to reach more students through visuals and photos on anchor charts. My students are so engaged when when they are on the carpet with a clip board and an anchor chart. They love the group setting when we are all creating a chart together, and it is very encouraging to them to add to the chart. We don’t have an easel right now, which means I usually have to create the charts before, and it is not as accessible for them to add to it. I would love for this to become a whole class activity. My school is also very low on copy paper, which adds up when it comes out of my own pocket. In order to give every student their own copy of something to read, make their own notes, and learn from their reading, it would be wonderful to have some extra copy paper around.
