The toys and materials that I am requesting are to help me reinforce positive behavior and encourage learning in my classroom. My students for this year are kids with autism. Every kid on my caseload has unique interests and some of them are fixated with toys that are moving -- cars, trucks, busses. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase positive behavior, but you will also ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. Your donation to this project will help me to manage every student's behavior as these toys are their main reinforcers. If I am going to have all of these toys and materials, it will surely motivate them to display positive behavior and increase learning. As a special education teacher, when a student does not demonstrate learning-to-learn behaviors they are not ready to learn anything. One of my superb effective tools to teach and reinforce the learning-to-learn behaviors is to use toys (preferred toys). By having these in my class, it will surely motivate them and increase academic learning!
