My students desperately need an updated and safer working dramatic play area. This is a center I would change throughout our seasons and units of learning. It could be a bakery, florist shop, or a restaurant. Providing opportunities for growth such as this kitchen area would entice all of my class to try new ideas. The environment is important to stimulating communication skills and working together. My current house area is rarely used due to decades of wear and poor condition. I have attempted many times to brighten up my inherited pieces, but the use was short lived. Help us stir up new life to our dramatic play area. We can create together endless possibilities of learning with our imaginations sparked. The classroom environment offers a varied setting for teaching students to role play, manage communication skills, collaborate, and experience new skills. This new center will bring new opportunities in cooking up great conversations and situations for my students.
