I'm super excited to be welcoming my former second graders to 3rd grade! Our classroom theme is based around colors of the rainbow. My goal is to make sure that our classroom is bright, organized and allows students to work flexibly around the room. My students often work in cooperative groups around the classroom, using clipboards and work baskets will help them to place their learning materials in the baskets and move freely around the room with all their materials in arms reach. Students will be placed in groups by color so it will be easy to sort their guided reading books and center activities based on their group color. The desk organizers will be a great way for students to store materials for easy access. My students will be testing a lot so having the privacy boards will help them to test without any distractions. These materials will be beneficial in helping students have easy access to classroom materials and resources and match our classroom theme!
