My bilingual students have been using the school iPads to improve their reading and math skills, however, most of their parents couldn't afford to buy headphones for them. It is a great advantage for students to utilize headphones to cancel out external noise while listening to their learning applications, and at the same time they do not distract their peers who are also trying to learn and stay focused as well. Your appreciated and very needed donation to obtain headphones for the iPads would help my first grade students to avoid auditory distractions while giving them an opportunity to learn at their own pace and concentrate on developing their skills.
