For kindergarten children, it is important to have good materials to use. Our classroom has a 2 sided easel which shows years of creating on but is not able to be cleaned more for students to clearly see what they're writing. Kindergarten students need to manipulate their environment as part of their learning process. By having a magnetic dry erase easel, the Creative Center can have a variety of magnetic learning manipulatives including letters and numbers, to allow children to utilize their fine motor skills as well as practice creating sight and high frequency words. This easel will be multi-functional for students in a center, the English Language Arts teacher, and the French teacher. What better way to spend a good amount of money than knowing the item will be used for many purposes?
