Many of my students spend so much time on their phones they don’t know how to play board games. When I do teach them they enjoy it, they learn how to have a strategy, take turns, help others learn, and be a good sport. They learn how to have fun without electronics. They learn how to win gracefully and lose with honor. They will learn to set a goal and plan how to win the next time they play.
