We lost most of our art supplies and technology in Hurricane Michael! We want to continue our high standard of incorporating art and technology into our Kindergarten curriculum by studying an artist each nine weeks. Artists include: Edward Hopper, Georgia O'Keeffe, Wassily Kandinsky, and Claude Monet. YES! Five year olds can paint in the style of each of these artists! Art supplies, such as canvases, will provide our students to create real art that will be displayed throughout our classroom. Students will then be able to take their artwork home. Additionally, our technology was severely damaged. We lost all of our technology station that housed our ipad minis. Replacing these will allow our students to explore various language, math and art apps during independent learning time.
