We use computers every day in our classroom to enhance learning. Whether it is listening to a story, doing a research project, or completing lessons on our District wide language arts and math enhancement program, we depend on our computers to fulfill our academic needs. The barrier which is interrupting my students' learning is that our headphones are falling apart and fail to work. My students complain that the sound fades in and out and produces static, or they cannot hear anything at all. Good quality headphones are a vital part of what my students need in order to have uninterrupted learning on our classroom computers.
