Engaged students are more likely to perform well on standardized tests and are less likely to drop out of school. The conditions that lead to student engagement contribute to a safe, positive, and creative school climate and culture. Student engagement = SUCCESS! The individual whiteboards will give students the opportunity to participate and share ideas and answers during whole group learning time. The Bouncy Bands will help my active students who struggle to stay focused and engaged during independent work time. The Stand Up desk will be a resource for students who find sitting in their desk chair distracting and uncomfortable to be successful.
