The materials and supplies requested are basic items children need to for a successful school year and positive educational experience. Knowing that when they enter their classroom worries about whether or not I have crayons to color a map project or pencils to take notes will be a thing of the past. My students can focus their efforts on learning. Our classwork can range from interactive notebooks to fun projects that help students use their imagination to learn unit concepts. Crayons, colored pencils and glue sticks will allow my students to complete their projects live in living color. The interactive notebooks will be both colorful and interesting. My students use their notebooks to help them study in visual and creative manner. Right now we are studying ancient Egypt. Students are working on how to write in hieroglyphics, mummies and pharaohs. Glue sticks are always helpful and will get tons of use wrapping our mummies snug and tight in their sarcophaguses. Motivation to stay focus is always in need and will be in ready supply via motivational posters all through out the room. The supplies needed will help them complete their work with confidence and ease.
