Each student will have their own mat to practice mindfulness through yoga and mediation. The mat will provide comfort and padding as they learn to settle their minds and focus on their breath in mind, body, and spirit. These mats will house up to 45 students in one class. By donating to the cause you help our students mental health and security by providing a comfortable place they will call home when on the mat. The mats will give students a peace of mind as they work on their mental health, healing, and mindfulness through yoga and meditation. All students deserve as comfortable mat to practice.
