The supplies I have selected for my second graders this year will give students the opportunity to complete projects in class or at home using their own individual supplies. This school year will have its challenges and I want my students to know they will be prepared to learn. I can't wait to see my students use the dry erase markers during Math to show their thinking on whiteboards. I also look forward to using the pencils to create weekly writing projects and student books. I know students will look forward to highlighting their text evidence as they learn how to become stronger readers.
