The stress balls, fidget rubber bands, art supplies will be used in my counseling centers for students to help them calm down. The rubber bands and balls will also be used in the classroom to help them focus and stay seated to be ready to learn. The art supplies will be used as a medium for students to express their feelings and calm down. Expressive arts is a way for students that have difficulty using their words, use art to let me know their story. My counseling centers are in progress and lack many supplies. Students get to choose what center they can use when coming to my office. Many students like the art center and almost always take stress balls to the classroom to use.
