Learning foundational skills in reading and math can be difficult for students, however it is more difficult for students who are learning a second language. My students want to learn English and I want to provide an engaging and effective learning experience that will promote academic growth. These materials such as the word/sound games that require more than one player promotes social interaction that will enhance their speaking and listening skills. The materials all cater to the four areas of learning English which are speaking, listening, reading, and writing. My student's enjoy reading stories and the book sets will definetly essential because it caters to sight words they are learning. Reading aloud or with a partner will make them feel proud!
