Up here in the cold north woods of Minnesota we go outside for recess whenever the temperature is above 0 degrees! Our kids are hardy. But not so hardy that they can play outside bare handed. A donation of gloves would go along way to keeping these kids warm and healthy Today was a few degrees above zero and I had no less then 15 kids digging through the depleted mitten box looking for something to cover their hands with on this cold day. I so wish I could have supplied them all with gloves or mittens but I only have 2 pair left.
