The classroom rug is the foundation of the classroom where majority of our time is spent. My students spend time on the rug to practice sight words, the alphabet, reading, math, and the list goes on. I want my kids to be comfortable and have their own space while learning. My Kindergarten kids will be able to gain ownership while learning if they have the efficient amount of space on the rug. Having a larger classroom rug will help my students be more engaged while learning, which will show a large impact on their learning. It would be amazing to see them enjoy their new rug while having fun learning.
