In my math class, I usually implement 10-15 minutes of whole group interactive teaching. After that, I let my students work on their own as I go around to check and answer questions. This year, I am planning to spend more quality time in small group instruction. One of the materials that will support it is a set of medium-sized dry erase board (5-6 pcs) to be put up around the room. The use of dry-erase small boards stationed around my classroom will help facilitate students to collaborate, ask and answer questions, and show work within the small group. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student focus and engagement, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement.
