Students learn best when they are comfortable and have choices. Some students are comfortable in a desk, while other students are more comfortable laying on a rug or sitting in a bean bag chair. Flexible seating is one way I can give my students choice. By providing my students with flex seating I can assure that they are comfortable and able to truly concentrate on their lesson. I currently have two bean bags and a rug. They are so popular that my students play Paper Rock Sissors to decide who goes first. They would be so excited if they could all have flexible seating.
