My students and I would love to have these books in our classroom library. Currently we do not have many early readers and the books that we do have are a little dated. We have a wonderful home for these books in our reading center, and I know that the students will be more than excited to get there hands on these books. I designated a large area in my classroom for my library, because I wanted my students to physically see how very important reading is to their success. Students will be able to read these books everyday upon arriving to school in the morning, as well as during independent reading time. Helping my students to get the books that we need for our classroom library will have a positive impact on my students academic achievement. It will enable my students to build the confidence in reading, which is fundamental in their personal growth and the love and enjoyment of reading a book.
