My students are very poor; most receive housing and food benefits. The majority live in single parent homes. To call them disadvantaged is too weak a description; however, the majority wish to rise above their current situations. Our school has experienced incredible growth in test scores and student behavior overall has only gotten better. The students and I have big dreams for their futures and your support will help.
