Students in my classroom struggle to read on grade-level. The materials in this project will supplement the district's existing curriculum and provide learners with interesting, engaging text grade-level that will challenge and motivate students. Accompanied with each subscription is scaffolded activities that will offer the opportunity for students on different levels to practice the same content skill. These activities can be easily used during in-person and remote instruction. Having high-interest, relevant texts that also embed social emotional topics accessible to reluctant readers is imperative in fostering their academic and emotional success.
