Many marketing workplaces are taking down cubicles and adding collaborative working stations which encourage teamwork, brainstorming and communication. In my room we are training for work. This would be applied learning for the workforce. Help our students thrive in sales and service role playing which will prepare them for the world of work. With these tables students will collaboratively work on social media campaigns in their community service DECA projects such as campaigns for the United Way Giving project to help others. Face to face teamwork leads to future leaders communicating.
