Students who have access to tools that promote regulation learn valuable skills that can last a lifetime. Self-regulation stations allow students to take a few minutes to become comfortable and develop safety in their learning environment. Safety increases the amount of educational minutes students are able to participate in. Promoting self-safety and self-awareness is an absolute game changer for students who have experienced trauma. An area in each classroom allows the students to self regulate and get back to learning at record speeds! Serving 450 students in such a supportive and emotionally balanced way will bring big changes in the success of our most challenged students! Every single student is worth it!
