Sitting all day in each class is not an easy thing for any student. At middle school it is almost impossible. We are looking to maximize their educational state of mind by allowing alternate seating for our students who feel like they need a break from sitting. Stand up for what is right, even if it means standing alone. -Suzy Kassem As young adults we strive to give our students voice and choice over the things they need to succeed. If sitting in a desk is not conducive to learning for even one student then it is our moral imperative to create an environment of learning for all students. The Hexagon Collaboration tables will allow my students to comfortably stand for individual and group projects. The unique design of these tables allow them to be arranged as for individual work and then grouped together to create collaboration pods. The Standing Height desk also allows for whole groups to stand and work on projects as a team.
